FLM offer insurance management services as follows:
- Verification of each Borrower’s insurance policy to ensure required coverage in place
- Monitoring of renewals to insurance policies, including sending insurance renewal letters to Borrowers/ brokers requesting up- to- date insurance for all expiring policies
Security monitoring
- Verify that security is put in place, held and released effectively
- Record, track and report security status
